The spectra were extracted from the similarly-colored regions
in the image on the left:

Green: Bright dust-like soil deposit
Red: Dark soil region
Yellow: Small angular rock chip with strong near-IR band
Pink: Spherule-shaped pebble with strong 900-nm band
Cyan: Dark grayish pebble.
